Casella was born in the beautiful valley of Albana di Prepotto on vines that are at least 40 years old and who are placed on rich marl and clay. Casella harvest his Tazzelenghe late, in the last days of October, and left to ferment on the skins for 7 days before doing so mature for 24 months in barriques and allow at least 6 months in bottle.
