Brut "25" is the fresh and innovative face of Fratelli Berlucchi's Franciacorta range. Alongside the traditional millesimati, it finds space for a Metodo Classico with a more immediate and fragrant profile, aged on the lees for 19 months. The name 25 refers precisely to the months usually located between the harvest and when the wine goes on sale. Its profile is lively and young, with fruity and citrus notes of great expressive immediacy. It is an ideal Franciacorta to enjoy as an aperitif or to share in moments of convivial joy.

Franciacorta Brut "25" is a Blanc de Blancs made only from Chardonnay grapes by Fratelli Berlucchi, a winery based in Borgonato di Cortefranca and manages 70 hectares of vineyards right in the heart of the morainic hills of the Franciacorta area. The cool, breezy climate and draining soils rich in pebbles have proved perfect for growing vines destined for Metodo Classico. The grapes are harvested slightly in advance and subjected to a soft pressing to extract the must, which is then vinified in white with fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel. The vins clairs rest a few months in steel before the creation of the cuvée and the second fermentation in the bottle, which lasts 19 months before dégorgement.

Cantina Fratelli Berlucchi's Brut Franciacorta "25" is a young label, which enhances especially the fruity and floral characteristics of pure Chardonnay. A Metodo Classico elaborated with a short aging on yeasts of 19 months, to preserve the fragrance and richness of the grape's primary aromas. The color is straw yellow with brilliant reflections. The bouquet opens on delicate floral scents, citrus and fruity aromas of great fragrance. The palate captivates with juicy, rich fruit aromas and a finish of lively freshness.
