Franciacorta Nature Enrico Gatti

The Franciacorta Natùre by Enrico Gatti combines the great territorial expressiveness of this sparkling wine region in Lombardy to the essential style of dosage zero, with a low addition of sugar during tiràge and a final residue of 1 gr. / L, ensuring a large possibility of food-pairing and a high drinkability throughout the whole meal. This Natùre comes out of Chardonnay grapes with a small addition of Pinot Noir, all hand-picked and soft pressed. Unlike the Brut, here the fermentation is mixed, with some of the must in French oak barrels and another part in stainless steel tanks. The 24 months of maturation, coupled with 3 months more after disgorgement, give to this Natùre by Enrico Gatti a very complex bouquet, with yeasts scents set in a perfect balance with finely roasted and floral notes. Freshness and good structure complete the picture, ensuring a lean and clean finish for the palate.
