Gewurztraminer Cantina Terlano 2014

For over a century this magnificent reality of global cooperation produces white wines of high quality. This Gewurztraminer is also really nice, fresh and balanced, with fruity scents that make it intense and delicate taste. We are in Terlano, a few miles west of Bolzano, in a quite extraordinary for some white grape varieties, just as the Gewurztraminer, which here reaches peaks of considerable elegance. The credit for the excellent quality of this wine is due to the 150 members who contribute their grapes for this historic winery that has existed since 1893 and operates from 1920 to its current location. The winery's vineyards are located between 270 and 900 meters high, in a small mountain valley in the collection of upper Adige valley, with a prevailing south or south-west facing. The warm microclimate and soil composition with a lot of sand, clay and silica are the elements that give character and longevity to this intense Gewurztraminer.
