Passito 'Tre Filer' Ca' dei Frati 2011

Three Filer in Lombard dialect means three rows. The name derives from the fact that this excellent dessert wine is made using three different types of grapes: Turbiana, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. All three are let to wither for 90 days and then pressed. This wine it is a wine that maintains a balance and nice freshness thanks to Turbiana. This freshness allows you to clean the palate after the taste of buttery and rich sweets, but associates well also with the friut desserts as apple strudel.
