Davide Feresin is a young and brave winemaker, in love with his land and his character. This Pinot Grigio is the perfect example of his philosophy, a wine, well below the standard, convincing because of the personality and character that shows from the entrance into the glass. David Feresin tells: "our Pinot Grigio is intense and full, we can not want to chase distorting market trends. So we decided to create a white wine that acts as a red and can be perfectly paired with fish dishes as strong regional traditions". A different white, produced without industrial yeast, authentic and vigorous as the deepest roots of this land.
