Tino Sur Lie “Mora&Memo” is the brother of Vermentino "Tino". The philosophy of Mora&Memo is clear: produce quality wines in a natural way that they can move into the chalice all those values that their land, Sardinia, is able to offer. Values of tradition, simplicity, history, elegance and austerity, a poor land, but at the same time full of contrasts, fragrances, costumes, colors. Mora&Memo is one of the finest wine realities of Sardinia, a reality that has focused on simplicity and naturalness: in the logo we find the "Four More" as opposed to the "Four Mori" and the number four is also present in some other way in pretty tight Serdiana; are four, in fact, the wines produced. Tino Sur Lie is created by Vermentino and Sauvignon Blanc, was born with a vintage different for the two single vines that then blend and balance in the wine cellar, where they are vinified in contact with the skins, fermenting in stainless steel tanks at 15° temperature before continuing with a refinement of four months on the lees. The aroma is typical of a Sauvignon Blanc wine that contains: tomato leaves, sage, green apple, combined with acacia flowers and bread crust, resulting from aging "sur lie". We are faced with a wine elegant and very thick. The Tino Sur Lie Mora&Memo is a wine with a unique taste and long lasting taste, a wine class, a gem of Mora&Memo.
